From the supplier: Ernst and Young conducted a survey of CFOs and CTOs to identify the use of data warehouses in bank marketing. A total of 130 financial institutions from US, Canada, Europe, South Africa, Latin America, Australia and Asia Pacific participated. Results showed that 60% of the respondents are currently using data warehousing. Another 80% use data warehousing, integrated with decision support systems and call centers. The survey also revealed that there are 46% respondents who are considering the use of data warehousing.
