From the supplier: The third leading cause of accidental death in the US are fire and burn injuries and the care is extremely painful and lengthy. The attorney must understand the physical and emotional causes of this devastating injury to help the family through litigation. Three months after the accident seems to be the best time for emotionally overwhelmed survivors to start psychological treatment. The attorney might have to help obtain disfigurement benefits through workers' compensation laws and disputes with the insurance company. The Americans with Disabilities Act might be useful when the burn survivor returns to work.
