From the supplier: Virginia's General Assembly developed a unique CD-ROM quiz game which takes advantage of students' interest in computers to teach them the history, legislative process and other state facts about Virginia. The CD-ROM was conceived after Chief Clerk Susan Clark, who was getting a lot of requests from teachers and students for state information, decided to ask help from John Woody who is director of James Madison University's multimedia center. Woody suggested the CD-ROM would be better for class and individual use.
