From the supplier: The effectiveness of case method instruction in the business writing classroom was examined via a survey of 25 employees who acknowledge the importance of writing in work performance. The case method has been viewed as a solution to the challenge faced by business writing instructors in bridging the gap between workplace and classroom. The results revealed the typical reasons for writing memos and writing letters in the workplace. Moreover, it was also revealed that business problems are rarely addressed in writing.
