Continuing the story of Corning Microarray Technologies (CMT), this chapter describes how Corning changed CMT's organizational design, and explains how this reconstruction of a new and distinct organizational DNA accelerated progress. The authors then develop a framework that guides organizational choices to help a new company cope effectively with the forgetting challenge.
