Book Bait (detailed notes on adult books popular with young people)

In the hope of helping more librarians to guide young people to pleasure in reading, the Association of Young People's Librarians, a division of the American Library Association, asked a group of its members from coast to coast to compile a list of adult books which are very popular with young people. Book Bait has grown out of that assignment. These books are what librarians call "sure-fire".
