Asi Se Dice! (Glencoe Spanish 1) Teacher Wraparound Edition

Any one of us who has taught Spanish realizes the importance of giving students the opportunity to practice, a factor so often overlooked in many textbooks today. Throughout Asi Se dice we provide students with many opportunities to use their Spanish in activities with interesting and varied but realistic, formats. The activities within each chapter progress from simple, guided practice to more open ended activities that may use all forms of the particular grammar point in questions. Finally, activities that encourage completely free communication enable students to recall and reincorporate all the Spanish they have learned up to that point. Toward the end of each chapter, Students are given ample opportunity to demonstrate both their oral and written proficiency. Since students need constant reinforcement of material to keep their language skills alive, each chapter includes both its own review and a cumulative review that covers all previously learned material.
