Best known as a skilled multi-instrumentalist in platinum-selling international pop heroes Barenaked Ladies, Hearn has long pursued a parallel solo career path. As a solo artist, Kevin Hearn has operated underneath the commercial radar, but has earned a loyal international following with his highly idiosyncratic yet tuneful sound.Recently Kevin has toured as a member of Lou Reed's band. He has also toured as pianist/vocalist with Laurie Anderson. He has appeared as a musical guest on a number of recordings including the latest offerings from Broken Social Scene, The Tragically Hip, Ron Sexsmith and Garth Hudson.
