Transistor Fundamentals (Volume 2: Basic Transistor Circuits)

This volume describes the basic principles of operation of the junction transistor. Semiconductor physics is introduced, but is limited to very simple explanations that are needed to describe the internal workings of the transistor. Emphasis is placed on the transistor as a circuit element.
