Crude oil is essential to develop and sustain the American economy. What if Americans have been misinformed about the nature of crude oil? This book explores that issue. It is by a retired trial lawyer who has been exploring for oil in Central America for 20 years. It is in the form of a final argument based on the idea experts cited as sources had testified at trial and the book summarizes their testimony.

Chapter 1 reviews the nature of the proof crude oil is abiogenic in origin. There is no modern scientific evidence supporting the ancient hypothesis that the source of crude oil is remains of dead plants and animals. The fossil fuel theory is no more than an ancient delusion that has been perpetuated mostly by American oilmen. The fossil fuel hypothesis has no underlying scientific proof.

Chapter 2 proves the abiogenic origin of crude oil by showing how chemistry fingerprints oil to its source 100 kilometers into the Earth’s mantle. Earth can be viewed as a gigantic oil refinery. We know the heat and pressure 100 kilometers into the mantle. We know there is within the mantle methane, sulphur, nickel and vanadium. The chemical reaction between methane and sulphur at mantle conditions where there is little sulphur and sufficient nickel for a catalyst produces high gravity oil. The chemical reaction between methane and sulphur where there is a lot of sulphur and vanadium for a catalyst makes low gravity oil. Using this hypothesis any oil found shows this chemical fingerprint. Low gravity oil has high sulphur content and high vanadium content. High gravity oil will have little sulphur and relatively high nickel content compared to vanadium.

Chapter 3 presents proof the atmosphere is not a greenhouse and in fact atmospheric CO2 is not a warming molecule when loose in the atmosphere of the Earth. CO2 has a warming effect in a box with a glass cover compared to other molecules within the box but only because of the physical nature of a greenhouse. Solar radiation penetrates the glass cover and irradiates CO2 molecules turning the energy of radiation into heat. Heat convection waves, unlike solar radiation, cannot penetrate the glass cover so the heat stays within the greenhouse. There is no glass cover around the Earth. Earth’s atmosphere is not a greenhouse. Global Warming is yet another 20th Century scientific delusion.

Chapter 4 describes how all oil fields are associated with deep basinal cracks from the 3 largest asteroid impacts since 544 million years ago. These impacts were so massive they made cracks 100 kilometers into the mantle of the Earth providing pathways for oil to reach the surface.

Chapter 5 reviews how belief in the scientific delusions “global warming” and “fossil fuel” have contributed to our economic collapse. The delusion of “fossil fuel” increases the value of discovered oil vastly increasing the price of crude oil in the hands of oil companies. So it is understandable how American oilmen promote the delusion. The American scientists who support them do so not necessarily to increase the price of oil but rather in support of the religion Gradualism. This unholy alliance has led in large measure to our current economic collapse. The alliance has become a political force controlling America’s political system. Oil artificially limited in supply, an America that has made itself dependent on oil from unstable foreign countries we must defend expending vast American treasure and the blood of patriots, the creation of volatility in the price of oil, are all problems for America created by American scientists who have joined forces with American oilmen to promote delusions for political purposes. The answer: Federal support for the development of known, vast, deep onshore American oil and gas resources so we can become independent of foreign oil and immediately stimulate the American economy putting us on the path to economic revival.
