GoJIL, Vol. 2, No. 1 (2010) Special Issue

This is the hard copy version of the Goettingen Journal of International Law Vol. 1, No. 3. GoJIL is an open access e-journal of legal scholarship focusing on International Law. Its aim is to publish a journal that fosters debate among scholars of diverse fields in international law. It is the first German international law journal published exclusively in English. GoJIL runs an open and permanent call for papers. It ensures high academic quality with blind peer review by at least two qualified scholars selected individually with regard to the specific content of each submission.
