Summary
Nautilus Solar Energy, LLC entered into a project finance deal of $5m, 10-year Clean Energy Solutions Capital Investment loan with New Jersey Economic Development Authority for the construction and operation of the first phase of William Paterson University (WPU) - Solar Park on the WPU campus in Wayne. The total project cost is estimated to be $15m and has a total installed capacity of 3.5 MW. The first 2.7 MW phase went on-line in June, 2010 and the remaining 0.8 MW is expected to go on-line in early 2011. The project, when complete, will be among the largest university solar installations in the US.
