Photographic Memories

The passion for fine art still photography brings together three people of vastly different backgrounds: Isabel and David, two photography majors at Pratt Institute, and André, an esteemed Russian-born photographer. The story has two narrative threads: one is centered on André’s haunted memory of his encounter with Virginia Woolf in 1941 wartime England just prior to her suicide, and the other is Isabel's investigation into the mysterious death of her aunt and mentor—a popular TV anchorwoman in Memphis, Tennessee.
