Perfect Peggy: A Woman's Duty

PERFECT PEGGY: A Woman's Duty is a play set in rural Canada during the 1950's. It's style is minimalistic and has songs that reveal a character's inner dialogue and emotions. The story is about Peggy and George, two sweathearts that are going to do things differently. But when right goes wrong where do you go? When good intentions turn into bad deeds who do you turn to? It was Leave It To Beaver on television, but this wasn't a tv show. At the end of the day it was a "woman's duty" to stand by her man and live with whatever come may. There is strong language and this play is intended for mature audiences only. Includes music by: Johnny Adams, Via Con Dios, Dorothy Moore and Celine Dion (singers).
