Confessions of a Convert

In his 1913 "Confessions of a Convert," Msgr. Robert Hugh Benson (1871-1914) details the events leading up to and surrounding his conversion to the Catholic faith. The son of the Archbishop of Canterbury (spiritual head of the Church of England) -- and an Anglican clergyman himself -- Benson's conversion in 1903 sent shockwaves through England.
