About The Author
Dr. Vikas H. Gandhi is an Assistant Professor in Law at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. Earlier, he was a lecturer in Law at Shri K.A. Pandhi Law College, Rajkot. Presently he is working on a research project on 'Efficacy of Fast Track Courts, Evening Courts and Nari Adalat' in the state of Gujarat under “Swarnim Gujaratâ€. Also, Dr. Gandhi has to his credit a good number of research papers and articles published in various journals of repute.
