This French open-bottom cheese mold is for pressing a wide variety of hard cheeses. This small mold includes a follower/pressure-plate and has an open bottom for better drainage. It can be used with a variety of cheese presses or simply apply a light weight to the follower. It is ideal for making up to 2lb (0.91kg) of cheese from 2 US gallons (7.6L) of milk. For all small hard cheeses. Up to 2 US gallons (7.6L) milk capacity. Yields up to 2lb (1.8kg) of cheese (depending on milk quality, moisture content, etc).
