This book was written for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close; child, parent or friend. When my daughter died at age 19 in a tragic car accident, my life changed in a second. I didn’t have the opportunity to say goodbye or prepare for the loss. Not only did it seem unfair, I couldn’t accept that the love that we shared on earth ended that night. There had to be a way to communicate. But, how?
From the moment that Katelyn left this earth, I wanted to know all about her new life. Could she see us even if we couldn’t see her? Could she reach out to us? Soon after her accident, I began feeling that she was communicating with me. Was I really hearing her voice or was this part of grief? I didn’t tell anyone close to me about the experiences so I kept a journal. The pages in this book represent a journey that my daughter took me on in 2010 from the depths of sadness through faith to a life of hope.
