Perhaps the largest life decision that each person must make is that of a career. Few just fall into their lifetime career. Many different intangibles must be considered such as desire, talent, income, time, education needs, and family considerations. For each, life has its own unique journey. "SO, YOU WANT TO BE A COACH" is the journey of one coach (Ed Anderson). This book is an autobiography of sorts, but mostly it is meant to give those interested in coaching an idea of what it takes to be a coach. Perhaps you will learn from this coach's shortcomings, but mostly to appreciate the hard work, tough choices, and always knowing that he was doing what he loved most, coaching.
