A transcription of an actual daily diary written as the 94th LAA Regiment entered France in 1944 and followed closely behind the front line through Belgium, Holland and eventually into Germany. The entries are not about battle but illustrate the daily routine of a soldier and give his observations of the civillians living in the midst of a war zone and the devastation around them.
