Indian Drama in English: A Kaleidoscopic View

Two thousand years ago Indians had their own theory of drama. OUT Sanskrit drama observed strictly the principles Natyasatra written by Bharatha. The works of all the Sanskrit dramatists like Bhasa, Sudraka, Kalidasa, Bhavabhuti and Visakhadatta are the best examples for perfect plays. Many transactions and adaptations from Sanskrit and English drama came out.
