The ideas in this book give you ways to reduce negative self-talk. As you become comfortable and can quiet your mind on demand, your'll find that you will begin to enjoy your life and experiences more. Your self-critic will begin to be silenced, and you will sidestep dramas.

Think Positive will also help you become more aware, and experience more positive now moments.

The first half of Energy for Your Life: Think Positive offers you insights on the ways you can use your energy better daily. Socratic questions and exercises help you realize what you can do to find and remain in a more positive mindset.

The second half of "Think Positive" gives you an idea-a-day for 31 days. You'll also receive a daily affirmation. You can use these ideas to journal and as part of your daily meditation practice. This content was written to be read on your Kindle, iPad, iPhone, android, mobile or desktop.

The first title in this series, Energy for Your Life: Seven Energy Giving Habits, explored the seven pivotal habits we all have that cause us to give or steal energy from ourselves. Based on the "Law of Essential Unity," we can realize how, at the level of pure energy, we are all created equal.

The second title, Energy for Your Life: Be Positive, also gives you an idea-per-day that you can use to find emotional peace while you become more conscious and happy.

Think Positive suggests ways you can become more spiritually aware of your Higher Self. Your own thoughts can help you transform your energy levels, health, and improve your quality of life.

The fourth book in the Energy for Your Life Series is Esteem Yourself for Life: The Law of Essential Unity.
