Invisible Threads

A mother's diary as her youngest son prepares to go to Afghanistan and to war.

She feels as though she is on tour as well and pours her feelings and concerns out into her diary. Her own childhood memories surface as do stories about her children as she tries to make sense of her what her world has become.

It is her emotional journey as she waits for it all to be over and for the day that her son will come home.
