Hesiod (circa 750 – 650 B.C.) was one of Ancient Greeks’ first epic bards and is considered one of the greatest. Along with Homer, Hesiod’s works are the oldest to survive from Ancient Greece. Hesiod wrote on a variety of topics such as mythology, economics, farming and others.
