Spoken Word: Urban Journal (Poetry In Song Book 2)

This is the awaited follow up to Poetry In Song.

Just like in the last book you have a collection of poetry that talks about various topics. The difference between Spoken Word and Poetry In Song is the introduction of characters. Every poem in this book has a character who owns the story. Whether it be love, spirituality, sexuality or controlling our emotions or lack thereof we all can find a couple poems that we can relate to.

This book is not just for those love poetry but those who love to read a bit of drama and like to get into someone else's head.

I welcome you to get to know all eight characters by reading the brief bios at the beginning of their respective Journals. The bios are intentionally kept short so that when you begin to read the Journal entries(Poerty/Spoken Word) by the character you begin to feel them out. You can begin to find out who they are.
