Life is fragile. We all have loved ones that are important to us. We want to celebrate life with them! We want to live life to the fullest. Life is fleeting. None of us really has a lot of time. We are all limited in time. How many years do we really have 70, 80 or if we are lucky 90? We work, we play, we eat, we raise children and then unfortunately inevitably at some time in our life we become ill. Wouldn't it be nice that we have more time to be with the people we love? The overwhelming answer is yes. But what are these years’ worth if we are unhealthy or impaired? Our bodies could become a living prison with bad health. We have a choice. We can work on ourselves and improve our health. On the contrary we could not bother to work on ourselves and end up living with the consequences.
