Painted Words

This collection of poems traces the journey Walter Kemsley has travelled throughout his life, the landscapes he has passed through, and the people, plants and creatures that have caught his poets eye.
Here is a gentle celebration of life of a man who was an artist as well as a poet.
His poems, like his paintings, reflect a thoughtful observation, a wry humour, and a loving evocation of nature, people close to him, and his immediate surroundings, whether he is in the North Downs, on Suffolk;'s muddy shore or on France's Mediterranean coast.
