Law was never a game but now it’s a sport.
Law fans have turned trial betting into a billion dollar industry. Marshall Lundgren is one of those fans and is beginning to fear his plan to reach Easy Street has hit a snag. His sure thing, Lipinski, Massachusetts’s undefeated defense attorney, has finally bitten off more than he can chew.
Lipinski is defending Carl Ranklin, the man accused of the attempted murder of Senator Buddy Nixon, America’s uncrowned prince. Marshall believes in Lipinski but he learns that the Network wants Lipinski out so they can replace him with a new, more pliable superstar. To this end they have placed a ringer on the jury: a woman from Lipinski’s well-guarded past.
How can a violent pile of muscle called Joey Knees, an illegal student loan, and a beloved throw pillow named Fluffle help Marshall and Lipinski win the trial of the century?
