Code Orange

A top_secrect dossier devised by the British and American governments is left on a London train and turns up in Kenya to influence the general elections. A controversial result emerges and lives are lost. An international commision is appointed to find out who actually won. Unfortunately, the chairman of the local electroral commision commits suicide and his deputy is left to testify at the hearing, but fears for his life and goes into hiding after a reward is offered for his arrest. During the course of his fugitive role, the deputy tests old friendships but the reward proves too tempting for some and he escapes to Uganda, and after a visit to London, he returns to Kenya assisted by the opposing factions to the newly elected goverment who believe he will testify in their favor, but the big question is, will he make it to the witness stand.........
