Mrs. Hassert's Flowers (The Stiley Mysteries Book 1)

Why would anyone break into a funeral home? Detective Chuck Stiley and his associate, Roger Jacks, are a bit miffed at being assigned to such a trivial case. The details of the break-in, however, are curious: a corpse with an unusual smile had been moved and a number seven had been written on his toe tag. Later the detectives learn that he had been the business partner of one of the victims of a double homicide on Harris Mountain.
