Banned Books

Many books we don't know about are banned somewhere in the world, even in specific Universities in America. Religions also issue lists of banned books

There are lots of reasons why books are banned, like being perceived as obscene, applying to books about sexuality, race, drugs, or social standing. Governments attempt to ban certain books that it thinks may threaten, embarrass, or criticize it.

This book lists books, categorized alphabetically, that were banned, and the majority of these remain banned. Includes illustrated covers and descriptions, with reasons for a ban.
