The Simple and Definitive Guide to the Scottish Independence Referendum

With the most important referendum in Scotlands History taking place in little over a year, this guide is the first to tackle the issue of Independence and the campaign.

It is an easy to use guide to how the pro and anti Independence campaign's look set to draw their battlegrounds. The analysis is based upon the most recent figures, those of the last Scottish parliamentary elections in 2011. The guide goes through each of the eight regions of Scotland looking in turn methodically at each of the 73 political constituencies to see how they will most likely vote, and to what extent one side of the campaign has a stronger support base than the other. This helps to show the geographical impact on the political vote as well, whereas most opinion polls have focused only on the overall result.
