Timeline of the Early Modern Age

Focusing on the transitional period from 1609 - 1914, the Early Modern Age saw wide-ranging developments, from Galileo's discoveries to the industrial revolution to war as an industrial enterprise to the rise of corporations. The Early Modern Age is one of the more significant periods of history due to its proximity to our own time and as the period when the roots of many of our failures and successes were planted.
