Rhythm in Randomness - The Connectivity Principle

Whenever, I see the happenings going around me , I wonder whether all these things are happening by chance or they are controlled by something. How the whole world is functioning? ,why it is happening?, Why it is happening now or why it happened at that point of time? .Even in this unstable and dynamic conditions everything seems to stable as if it is following a certain pattern. There must be something in this universe like we have genes in our body which control the whole body functions working like micro programs networking running a complete software. This work is my curiosity to understand if something like this is actually there or it is the other way. This work tries to find out if some sort of balancing activity is going with every passing moment and every activity .
