Walking in Wilderness

A woman's journey from pre-teens to adulthood in an age old Asian society is treacherous to say the least. This collection of poems, written during the last decade of the 20th century, reflects the trials and tribulations, confusion and clarity, hope and despair of women in a society that is ripped apart by the vagaries of time, traditions and customs. This is also a journey to find some meaning in one's life which sometimes feels like walking in wilderness.
