The Second Coming, Depression, and Me

Anxiety, Depression and Panic Disorder are an epidemic in the U.S. Over 25% of the U.S. population has been diagnosed with some form of mental illness. These illnesses effect our work, fun, personal relationships, and every other aspect of our lives. However, this does not have to continue. I have stopped taking medications, changed careers, and improved the quality of my life dramatically and so can you. Always remember, you are not alone!

Follow me on a personal journey from what I perceived as normal, through the deepest realms of a depression and despair, and back to reality. Watch my life slowly fall apart and then re-shape itself. If you or anyone you know suffers from a mental disorder then you owe it to yourself to follow me down the different roads that lead to these conditions, to see that you and your spouse, children, friends, and family are not alone, and to learn how to deal with yourself or someone else with a mental disorder.
