“Ok look, I have to tell you about my complete distaste for bossy men.”
“I’m not bossy.”
“You are the mother of all bossy men, trust me…”
“Let’s try a little experiment,” he slowly walked toward her, she stepped back, bumping against a wall.
“You’re a doctor…you like experiments…”
“Not this kind,” she stated with widened eyes. He gently grabbed her wrists, shooting wild tremors throughout her body, pinning her arms to the wall on either side of her head and stared into her eyes.
“We’ll just see…” He lowered his head and began trailing small kisses along one side of her neck, making her knees weak, her body shuddered when his warm tongue caressed the back of her ear.
“Was that…? Did you tremble, Paige?” he whispered knowingly.
“Um, ah…no that was revulsion…” she stated, head thrown back, eyes closed. She gulped loudly.
“What was that?” he teased.
“Bile…seriously, you should step away now, I may puke on you…” She could feel his warm breath on her neck as he laughed softly.
“I’ll take my chances…” he practically growled before capturing her lips...
