Ever since Humans began thinking abstractly, we have been consumed with understanding all things in life. As far as the individual is concerned, we (Humans) have generally divided the human experience into three categories: Mind, Body, & Spirit. Ideas and philosophies have tried to define the difference between the three, and civilizations have come to power and been defeated based on their belief in these ideologies and teachings. In modern times, the connection between the Mind, Body, and Spirit is still just as strong and mystifying as it has been throughout the millennia. Ultimately, we are all seeking the same thing… Truth & Love… Because, those two things make us feel… Happy! 

In Education, it is widely accepted that all Humans learn and experience life through three domains: Psycho-motor (Body), Cognitive (Mind), and Affective (Spirit). Today, I’m going to tell you a story about a family fighting to maintain balance in the world filled with chaos by perfectly harmonizing the flow of energy through these domains in themselves!

But first, let me tell you about one of the toughest fights I’ve ever picked!

It began the day I realized I was “Gay”… Specifically, not in a homosexual way, but in a “Happy” way! Who did I pick the fight with? At first, myself, and that fight lead to me calling out as many people as possible… Potentially, all humans!!! I knew this was going to be the toughest fight of my life! And, I accepted the challenge 100%!!!

Let me introduce myself… My name is Josh Usera (Search Youtube)… Others may know me as The Ninja, The JU, Sensei, Master Usera and/or… Josh!

I’ve literally been studying the martial arts/way since birth! I’m currently 33 years of age, and I’ve never felt better! I plan to be 100 soon, and at that time, I will set the record as the oldest person to do a back-flip! You know… Ninja s**t! ;)
