Animal Learning: An Introduction (Introductions to Modern Psychology)

An introduction to animal learning as it has been studied in modern experimental psychology, with an historical introduction to the nature/nurture arguement in both animal and human psycholgy. Includes discussion of habituation, classical (Pavlovian) and instrumental (operant) conditioning, perceptual and discrimination learning, and memory and cognition in the context of animal behaviour.
