Description

The immune system produces antibodies to protect you from unwanted invaders (bacteria, viruses) that could make you sick or cause an infection. Allergies are an abnormal response of the immune system. Your immune system produces antibodies that identify a particular substance (allergen) as something harmful, even though it isn't. When you come into contact again with the allergen, your immune system's reaction can involve the airways, sinuses, nasal passages (hay fever), skin, and digestive system. In severe cases, allergies can trigger a life-threatening reaction in your body known as anaphylaxis. Most of the symptoms of an allergic reaction are caused by histamin.

Symptoms of an allergic reaction are congestion, an itchy and runny nose, itchy, red, inflamed and watery or swollen eyes (conjunctivitis), malaise, fatigue, headache, sneezing, rough and scratchy throat, photosensitivity, fever, shortness of breath due to a narrowing of airways, wheezing, a burning, red and itchy skin rash with blisters and swelling, flaking or peeling skin, nausea and vomiting.

Allergy triggers are a weakened immune system, an acidification of the body, grasses and pollen, animal dander, dust mites and mold, certain foods (peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, eggs and milk), food additives (sweeteners, flavor enhancers), bee stings or wasp stings, penicillin or penicillin-based antibiotics, mental stress, a family history, hormonal imbalances and hormonal changes.

Environmental factors may provoke allergies. Gases, especially components such as diesel soot and particulate matter, change the pollen structure. Also too much sun (UV radiation) can cause an allergic reaction on the skin like itchy rash (eczema), redness, burning and vesiculation.

In this homeopathic and biochemical adviser I will give you recommendations how to treat an allergy with Homeopathy, Schuessler salts (also named cell salts, tissue salts, Biochemistry), herbal tinctures and Acupressure.

I will present you the most proven homeopathic and biochemical (Schuessler salts) healing methods, including the appropriate potency and dosage. Homeopathy works holistically. It does not treat only single symptoms of an allergy. It treats the whole body, spirit and soul.

Acupressure comes from the Far East. During the acupressure treatment special points are pressed, massaged or rapped. As long as the energy is distributed evenly throughout the energy channels (meridians), the person is healthy. When the energy flow is disrupted, the person is sick. By treating certain points, the energy between the meridians will be balanced and the patient gets enough power to become healthy. In this ebook I will give you suggestions for the treatment of allergies with acupressure.

I wish you much success in your treatment of allergies, joy of life and especially your health.

You will find more information about health in my other ebooks and on my website.
