Gnostic Meditation: A Manual

A practical manual of Gnostic meditation in eight chapters, rooted in the monistic traditions of Greco-Roman Gnosticism and its descendent traditions as found in Jewish Kabbalah and Christian mysticism. In this manual I detail some of the basic theory behind Gnosticism, different forms of meditation for calming the body and mind, meditation on gaining insight into the nature of God and the soul, as well as some of the stages of Gnosis and enlightenment which will be experienced in the meditative setting.
