This is the first volume of eleven hand-painted works of art honouring the beauty of birds, from Hazel McNab’s 366Hearts Project. In 2012 Hazel set herself the challenge to paint a heart a day, starting on Valentine’s Day. It happened to be a leap year, hence the name 366Hearts. Via her blog and Facebook page, the hearts spread their unique brand of inspiration across the globe, and she’s still painting a new one every twenty-four hours. Now she’s heading for 1000 hearts.
