Description: This book is designed for kindle-fire and uses colour and visual illustration so its effect is much reduced in black and white. The theme aligns the energies seen both in chakras and astrology; the energies of the elements. Each element vibrates on a different frequency, discovering this can become part of our journey towards spiritual enlightenment. The mandalas and illustrations are ways of demonstrating these energy frequencies without words although the elements are described and their connections to the signs of the zodiac are established. This is my attempt to offer the 4th Way, by holistically studying the self through words, pictures, energy and meditation.
