Plus, you would have to be in pretty bad shape if you were coming to a blue belt author for a how to guide. This book is more about giving you all the things that I would have wanted to hear early on. Processes that would have helped me move along just a little quicker with less of the mistakes that I’ve made. So if you are new to the sport allow me to be your tour guide.
