Danny Holiday is a broke lawyer who needs fast money. When the Las Vegas police department starts the Good Citizen Program offering rewards for information leading to arrests Danny knows just what to do. With his best friend Tony, Danny sets out to catch the biggest, most dangerous Drug Lord in Vegas.
