Description

GET RID OF THE TWEAK IN YOUR NECK

This refreshingly direct, informative book gives you effective, easy, time efficient steps to get rid of neck discomfort, stiffness and persistent, annoying pains often called "tweaks" by others. Whether you were sleeping the wrong way, leaning over a desk or computer for long hours, straining your neck in some physical activity, you can have relief from minor discomfort or tweaks by safely aligning and stretching your neck so it feels good to move again. There's no more need to go to a chiropractor for that controversial (and possibly risky) neck pop.

GET RELIEF NOW – SAFELY AND WITHOUT STRAIN

Author Ephrain Tristan Ortiz has enjoyed a pain free neck with excellent mobility despite decades of Martial Art and kettle bell training, running, high energy activities with youth, falling from trampolines and even having a toddler jump on his head. He was able to work out every minor neck tweak, strain or discomfort from these activities and occurrences through the gentle exercises he shares in this book. The exercises are also an excellent addition to any fitness or exercise program to provide more balanced physical development.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Ephrain Tristan Ortiz is a certified Shiatsu massage therapist with years of experience treating minor sport injuries and discomforts. Ephrain has always had a heart for helping those in physical or emotional pain. He was profoundly affected when he spent two months at his mother’s side in Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose after his mother suffered a brain stroke in late 2011. The pain he saw among many people at the hospital motivated him to write as a way of helping others.
