Description

When a CIA agent is murdered in Tehran, the White House wants someone on the scene to determine what the agent discovered that led to his death, and who is responsible. The operative is supposed to remain low-profile -- just get in, find out what the hell is going on, and get out. No women, no trouble, no killing.

U.S. State Department agent Steve Walker, who spent his childhood in Tehran, never thought he would return, but his boss selects Walker as the obvious candidate for the assignment. So Walker travels to Iran to do the job on an Irish passport. However, he has his own agenda -- to kill his half-Iranian brother, Khalil Azrak, who was responsible for the death of their parents, and who now commands the dreaded Komiteh revolutionary police.

Walker's investigation leads him to the perilous streets of Tehran, where he expects to find danger, but he's not expecting to find love in the form of a beautiful, rich Persian femme fatale with a penchant for risky dealings.
