Singularity's Orphan

The Singularity has arrived….. Artificial intelligence, robots and post-humans have over-thrown civilization as we know it. There is no place for people in this brave new world, no place for primitive concepts of freedom, happiness and love. Resistance is futile. Some will be happy to join the future of evolution, ascending to god-hood, transcending the limits of the human body and thought, others will live out their days in protected reserves, zoos to conserve history… Exile is the only option for those people unwilling to put up with the tyrannical rule of the god-like beings they spawned.

The rest know the only way out, the only life worth living will among the stars, far from home. If they can escape their past, survive the journey, will they be able to build a new future for humanity?
