Biblical Preaching Manual: A Student Manual and Teaching Resource for the book Biblical Preaching

This book is the result of my doctoral work on homiletics where I wrote a student manual and teaching material for Dr. Haddon Robinson’s classic book, Biblical Preaching. As a student manual, it was taught to hundreds of students over a 7 year period at two major seminaries. After that, the material was revised and Dr. Robinson and I tested the material with additional students, resulting in over 9 years of seminary field testing.

If you have the 3rd edition of Biblical Preaching, you already have almost 40 pages of this book. However, this book is unique in the teaching material it offers. It is material I taught in seminar for almost 10 years to date. Many students noted this teaching material proved as helpful as the exercises in the Student Manual, some of which are in Biblical Preaching. This teaching material helps discover the process behind the concepts of Biblical Preaching. Currently the book is also being tested and taught in other cultures.
