Understandably, Jake doesn’t want his parents to know he is writing this type of book so every time his mum or dad comes near his computer, he switches to writing another book which he calls The Wishing World - a crazy story in which three children find themselves taking part in a most extraordinary, dangerous game.
But even Jake is astonished when the two worlds become entwined and he finds himself entering The Wishing World.
